The Challenge

Marketing and Legal need control over specific information presented. The sales team needs flexibility in tailoring presentations, brochures, proposals and other documents for clients and need an easy way to store and retrieve older versions of critical marketing and sales documents. If two people need to edit the same document, we need a mechanism that lets us know someone else is working on the document and need real-time data updates. Keeping up with it manually was an impossible task.

The Solution

Librarian’s Compliance Module let’s organizations control which parts of documents in the library are editable online by sales team members. Once downloaded, documents are no longer editable. The Compliance add-on module also tracks and provides a complete audit trail for items created and downloaded from the library.

The Version Control Engine lets teams store and retrieve older versions of documents. It provides check-in / check-out on documents for group coordination. Older version can be searched for audit purposes or promoted to be the current version of the document as needed.
